Why is Guthan's the only thing with lifesteal? Toxic Blowpipe special has the right idea but it's a ranged weapon. I'm talking melee here.
Proposal: A melee weapon with an innate lifesteal mechanic while on a Slayer task.
Just a small amount of healing can go a long way so it shouldn't be too easy to do. If it was a Slayer weapon it could read: killing a unit from your Slayer task heals you for 2hp. It's not much but it adds up a lot if you don't take a whole lot of damage and want to do your Slayer task in one trip without wasting gold on full Guthan's or inventory space on food. It would be a one slot item in your inventory to replace your current weapon for the last hit on each monster, then unequipped again to fight the next monster.
100 monsters, 2 hp each, that's 200 healing or 10 sharks worth of healing. Specifically on your Slayer task.
I'm well aware but its just tedious id prefer not to, this is why they were removed from RS3, it'll make every high end player less triggered @Draco Burnz When you're in the middle of something you don't want to have to deal with some annoying dwarf shouting in your ear to give you a pointless beer.

My first suggestion is please get rid of the automated text produced when using the Dragonfire Shield, The text will completely fill your chat box within seconds stating your shield is full of charges. Could we just get rid of this text? We already have the "check" option so i see no harm in removing the text entirely.
Upon login of course you have to enter your pin to access the bank, coffers ect.. Could we have the security option to lock our inventory and trading until our pin is entered? I understand some people would not like this but having it as a option would make me feel better about having to log out fully geared.
My suggestion is a "Cape of Cravens" This is a cape obtained by an NPC (such as Richard in Edgeville) This cape allows the wearer to be protected in the wild from being attacked. It can only be used to do clues and running to the runecraft Zammy mage. It cannot be unequipped in the wild and cannot be removed until you talk to the NPC. You cant use it for activities in the wild such as the prayer altar, diaries , revs , bosses ,wild agility and so on. Only for clues and runecraft. The clues and runecraft are forced on PVMers to go into the wild and I think this is a good solution for the non PKer. In addition you could add something humiliating ( like turning into a chicken form) while you use the cape since PKers will not be able to kill .
Castle wars suggestions, something really nice would be having a marker you can place on certain enemy attacking players so your team can see who to prioritise, to avoid spam with this only give it to players who are within short distance of an enemy flag holder max of 3 placed in this area, this is to help team play and make it more strategic and add to what is already some of the best content in game. In addition the barricade spam in the spawn room makes it very difficult to defend when Maging because the opposing team blast a whole straight through and takes your flag whilst you get stuck and unable to cast through a barricade, if possible a poll on changing where and how many barricades can be placed would be great, this isn't Fortnite something some people seem to forget.
Kick players who afk in a corner so others waiting can join and possibly run 2 games instead of 25 minutes waiting if you miss one, some other additional rewards for playing castle wars and more of a balancing system for high tier vs low tier players might help make it huge again. Cheers
