No.

(1) Stamps/lamps are by design untradeable.
(2) Even if they were made tradeable, trading a higher tier lamp for a lower tier one will still be disallowed as halving money is disallowed in the game. :D:D:D

1. I think he means trading with game i.e. similar to downgrading your clue to a lower tier at Zaida.
2. wtf do you mean halving money is disallowed?? People trade items at prices different from their GE/street value all the time. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're trying to say here?

Myridin's solution works too.

If you don't understand, it doesn't need to be discussed.
I was saying it isn't cool that they get lamps they can't use.
It's unkind because you'd have Alice & the treasure hunter fireworks going off like you got something good, yet in the context of that persons gameplay, they actually got nothing.

It's not balanced.

1. Downloading your clue scroll doesn't may actually be beneficial to different players depending on their objectives. Some may just want to do a specific tier of clues for the Sesasonal Hiscores. Some may think lower tier scrolls will be easier for them to get better rare items.

2. Halving money is indeed considered rule breaking. Not that I agree, but somebody complained he was muted for halving money in game because it is considered an intention to scam people like doubling money. :D:D:D

You're the one who replied while quoting him in the first place with a vague af reply, of course he's going to be confused about what you're talking about. And yet here you are, not only refusing to explain your reply but also repeating that it doesn't need to be discussed like its his fault for not understanding when its just you refusing to explain to him.

Original message details are unavailable.

ffs, had to re-read your 1st point 5 times to understand what you were getting at...

1. But you forget that some people don't have reqs to complete the higher tier clues, which is exactly the same scenario as people who aren't able to claim huge/large lamps because they're f2p.

2. Where does it explicitly say in the rules that you aren't allowed to make unfair trades with players? Does that mean I'm not allowed to give money to my alt now since its unfair trade? Does that mean I'm not allowed to trade bonds with my ironman since its an unfair trade? Unless you want to argue that only halving it not allowed, which is stupid but I'll entertain.

I could use the same scenario, I trade some items from my alt but I pay my alt at double the GE price, that's technically halving money, no? Is that no longer allowed? If its no, then ok! I'll just trade double the GE price +1 GP, then its not halving anymore! Woohoo no longer rule breaking?

And it doesn't even have to be trading with an alt, it could be trading with a friend, or a complete stranger, but maybe I want to make that trade because I want to help out that person or that the item's percieved value is not the same as the GE price. °l||l° Modest Skillers T7 Citadel | Skilling clan recruiting players. °l||l°
