My oldschool account I haven't played on in over a year and a half is now permanently banned for macroing 6 months ago which resulted in my main account of over 15 years getting banned also. Idk why I got banned or how I got banned when I wasn't even playing either version of RS at all for over a year and a half. They both should have had authenticators on them and they both have bank pins and I received nothing in my email about them ever either. I appealed the account ban and it's been like 5 days and still nothing heard back from Jagex about it.

Hi there
Br00ksy2490

It can take up to fourteen days to get a ban appeal checked.

If you have Authenticator set then, you need to suspect that your email is insecure.
A hijacker would have needed access to your email to disable Authenticator.

While you wait on the ban appeal, work through the Keeping your email secure support page.

I have another question, I had a 2nd account in RS3 that I made during that carnival event thing like 3 years ago. I went to log into it also after not playing it in years and I logged in under the Email associated with it and it made me make a new name and character. My friends list was gone and I was set back to a brand new account and idk why or how it happened. Is there some way to fix this somehow?

There are two possibilities:
* you used a different email to what you used when you created the account several years ago and ended up in a different, new account
* you logged in to the other version of the game (RS3 / OSRS)

I suspect it is the first option rather than the second because:
* even if you logged in to the other game version, your friends list should still be there.
* the display name should also still be on the account if it is only 3 or so years since you created it

So, try the Forgotten login support page to try to retrieve the login.
There are several pathways in there, depending how you answer the questions - try answering the questions different ways.

Can you remember how you used to log into the account?
Did you use a login/password?
Did you login via Google+ or Facebook?

On the 'Forgotten login' support page have you tried: Still stuck? -> No -> No -> Maybe we can help
This takes you to a message form to request a manual search for the account.

I used my 2nd email to log into my account, that is how I have to log in since it was after November 2010 that I made it. I logged right into it I didn't sign up and it said I had no name when I clearly had one last time I played it.

Glad to report I have gotten my OSRS and RS3 accounts unbanned. Not glad to report that everything is gone on them and I'd just like to know how they got into my accounts through my email authenticator, game authenticators and bank pins, Really frustrating tbh when I don't click shady links or go on shady websites or anything.

As I said earlier, your email is insecure.

Your email holds the front door keys to your Runescape account.
A hijacker needs access to your email to disable Authenticator and find out the login and password of your Runescape account.

You must change the password to your email and secure it.
The one thing that cannot be discovered through email access is the Bank PIN.
The hijacker would have had to wait out the time delay on Bank PIN removal (3 or 7 days).

I am glad you have succeeded with your ban appeal.
How are you going with your other accounts?
Have you tried this? "On the 'Forgotten login' support page have you tried: Still stuck? -> No -> No -> Maybe we can help

My other accounts are both level 3 for some reason even though when I logged into one it said I already had an account name on it but nothing is in my bank or anything when there should have been stuff cause I used it for the carnival event in Lumbridge that was out about 3 years ago. I can search through the forgotten log in stuff again but idk if it will do anything.
