Hi there
Br00ksy2490

It can take up to fourteen days to get a ban appeal checked.

If you have Authenticator set then, you need to suspect that your email is insecure.
A hijacker would have needed access to your email to disable Authenticator.

While you wait on the ban appeal, work through the Keeping your email secure support page.

There are two possibilities:
* you used a different email to what you used when you created the account several years ago and ended up in a different, new account
* you logged in to the other version of the game (RS3 / OSRS)

I suspect it is the first option rather than the second because:
* even if you logged in to the other game version, your friends list should still be there.
* the display name should also still be on the account if it is only 3 or so years since you created it

So, try the Forgotten login support page to try to retrieve the login.
There are several pathways in there, depending how you answer the questions - try answering the questions different ways.

I'd just like to know how they got into my accounts through my email authenticator, game authenticators and bank pins,
As I said earlier, your email is insecure.

Your email holds the front door keys to your Runescape account.
A hijacker needs access to your email to disable Authenticator and find out the login and password of your Runescape account.

You must change the password to your email and secure it.
The one thing that cannot be discovered through email access is the Bank PIN.
The hijacker would have had to wait out the time delay on Bank PIN removal (3 or 7 days).

I am glad you have succeeded with your ban appeal.
How are you going with your other accounts?
Have you tried this? "On the 'Forgotten login' support page have you tried: Still stuck? -> No -> No -> Maybe we can help
This takes you to a message form to request a manual search for the account."

My other accounts are both level 3 for some reason even though when I logged into one it said I already had an account name on it but nothing is in my bank or anything when there should have been stuff cause I used it for the carnival event in Lumbridge that was out about 3 years ago.
Make sure you are logging in to the version of the game you played several years ago.
Have you checked the other version?
Do you remember using the accounts much?
Account progress is never wiped.

Is there a way I could link new Emails to my RS3 main and my OSRS account?
You cannot change the login but you can change the registered email (contact email).
Instructions: Changing your registered email

Hi there
pulp ficti0n

It can take Jagex up to fourteen days to reply to your ban appeal.

There is no need to write anything extra - everything Jagex need to check is already there in the digital record on your account.
The one thing Jagex are looking for is evidence that the account was hijacked at the time of the offence.

If you are a returning player, I recommend you work through the Securing your account support page.
That page of instructions will help you get on top of the current security recommendations to protect your account.
