I just recently recovered my account that had been hijacked and banned for macroing however when I logged in I found several items that shouldn't be there. Specifically nearly 2000 sedimentary geodes as well as close to 900 runite ore. Also all the gold that I had is gone. What should I do? I'm already aware that they wont get my gold back for me but what about the items I didn't have before? Should I just drop them or is there some section of the automated support that would apply to this?

If you've successfully appealed the ban, then I think you can keep the items that are in your bank/inventory, as Jagex would have reviewed your account when they dealt with your appeal :)
