Hello all,

Last week my main account is hijacked...
I am very sick of it because the account is a very high level account with boss pets, 120s lvls, and almost 1b XP.
Yeah i know, i need to secure the account and it was secured. Someone broke into my computer and was able to change the email of my account. Now i intalled some good protecting software, but my account is already gone.

I send so many appeals to try and getting my account back, but the thing is the appeals getting denied almost instantly. i moved several times in the past years and the account is also very old. So.. i don't remember my first email, creation date, and that things.

But i can 100% proof its my account because i know previous passwords, almost all of my previous in game names and i have a lot of (membership)transactions in my mailbox.
But it seems that doesn't count in the appeal check?

i really hope anyone can help met getting the account back,

Kind regards, Martijn

(sorry for my English) ;)

This is the reason why you are getting denied instantly. If you are unable to provide creation details, then the system will deny you almost automatically because that's what it checks for. You should be able to provide creation details, such as creation date, creation password and creation location. If for some reason these are missing, you will not be able to proceed to the manual check of your recovery request.

You'd have received an email stating why the appeal was denied. You should take a read because they provide you with ideas on what to include on your next attempt. Furthermore, you may also read this Support article that includes suggestions on what to add on your next account recovery attempt: Denied password resets.

Also remember that the older the information, the better. This means that if you are able to provide this, there is a very high chance that you are the account owner. The most valuable information are the following details: creation date & location; creation Internet Service Provider (ISP); early passwords; and earliest payment information (who paid, how it was paid, zipcode/postcode, and email address used).

Additionally, there is a "Other Comments" box that can be used to add other details that may help them see that you created the account. You are free to add things like:
Ą Any address changes that may have happened during the life of the account. That is, country/town/state.
Ą Any email addresses that you may have had registered to the account.
Ą Any Display Names that may have been used on such account.
Ą If you still live in the same creation address and still use the same ISP, you should say so.

If you don't remember the creation address/ISP, then you may ask a family member.

Thanks for your reply, but the thing is i already tried everything i remember but it seems its not
the info the system want to know. i am only able to proof its my account with, passwords, in-game names, transaction ID's and move date's. But it seems its not important enough for the system?

What i can do now?
