My issue was simple, i wasn't receiving the email at first, so i attempted 4 times to disable auth and get the email. By the time i got the email, and went through the process of disabling the 2FA, it says i have made too many attempts.

Reason for turning off 2FA:
Brand new phone i bought, would like to switch it from PC to phone.

What i need to know:
1. Is there any way around this cooldown period?
2. How long does this last?

The cooldown lasts for one hour.
