Challenging A Ban

I was just curious as to how long it takes to challenge, review, and potentially lift a ban, or at least get an email on the status of the case. My account was hijacked, I got back into it last weekend after several hours. I logged in and it said to check the status, found out the account was banned Macroing Major? I submitted a ticket and still nothing. Any eta?

If you have used your appeal from this article :

Then do it also state it can take up to 14 days Clan : Order Of Adventurers

Go to the page that Skod gave you .

It can sometimes be quicker than 14 days to get a reply, but you'll get it by the email address you give and you'll get it by your message center.
