so this account was hacked in march this year along with my email, the hacker either didn't get what he was looking for or is trying to bait me at this point I don't know because its been about a year since I was playing every day. the password remains the same as I am currently logged in, spent hours trying to get support from jagex...what a waste of time that was. my current goal is to remove the hijackers email from my account and set up appropriate security protocols so that I can start playing again risk free. there is no formal way to do this through jagex "customer support" im begging someone to help me out as im not sure how much time I have until this hacker realizes I came back to the game. emails were sent to him saying I was trying to recover so my hope is very low, JAGEX IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE HELP ME SO YOU CAN START TAKING MY MONEY AGAIN.

You need to do a 'recovery' on your account to get this issue fixed.

A recovery will achieve several things:
* allow you to set a new registered email
* make you set a new password
* remove any locks the hijacker may have set e.g. their own Authenticator
* initiate an investigation into the hijack

You said you have been trying to get support without success.
I guess you have been trying to recover the account (in order to fix things) and have not been successful.
If that is the case, make sure you always click on the link to find out the reasons why the recovery has been denied.
Have a read of the Denied password resets support page for some advice about what information Jagex want you to provide.

no sir this what I am saying I have tried that option and apparently it was not enough but the problem lies with the questions being asked. I could give so much more information that jagex is not even asking for and I am just being denied. this is honestly a joke and jagex NEEDS an online customer support line.

If you mean in-game information (quests completed, banked items, friends list, boss kills etc.) this information is not usable in a recovery.

The information that is useful is the information that is asked for on the form.

Extra information that can be included in 'Other Comments' is:
* display names of other accounts you own and play
* address changes during the life of the account (town/state/country only)
* if you are still at the creation address, definitely mention that
* emails you have had linked to the account

How quickly are the deny replies being received after you submit your recovery?
