Hi, I've been playing OSRS since mobile came out with no real issues. I upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago and have been trying to set up the authenticator on my new phone however when I try to disable the authenticator to transfer it to my new phone I do not recieve emails from Jagex. I have tried resetting password/email address through the account settings on the website to no avail. I have followed every bit of advice on the website and on the forums and nothing has worked.

I went through the account recovery process about 12 days ago and have not recieved any confirmation or further details. I again filed the account recovery earlier today but as I would have less than 2 weeks before my authenticatior stops me from playing again I am hesitant to wait another two weeks for a response.

I have no trouble accessing my email address, but upon reviewing my emails i haven't recieved and email from jagex since January 2019. Also im located in Australia and my email address is from the major ISP in Aus. I just don't know why I'm no longer receiving emails form Jagex. I am not against changing my email address to a Gmail i am just stuck at this point.

If anyone could provide any help that would be greatly appreciated.

Well if you have tried all options from support pages , and still nothing , then is a FULL RECOVERY the only way out , where you need to USE another email provider as the contact/registered email. (Gmail do have less problems about Jagex mails)

Account recovery applications are responded to within 24 hours.
If you have waited more than 24 hours without a response, you need to try again and submit an email from a different email provider as the new registered email.
I recommend Gmail.

If the 'disable Authenticator' email does not arrive, try changing your registered email to a Gmail. (the disable Auth email should arrive within minutes)
If the changing the registered email automated email does not arrive (this email also should arrive within minutes), you will need to do a recovery on your account to force an email change.

Yo so like not gonna lie.... I dont know where else to go besides some random dudes post cause like i cant figure this shit out.... but anyway...

Got a new phone but had an authenticator. My email isnt recieving anything (runescape or general) for my main account so i cant disable the authenticator and redo it on my new phone. I've tried everything and now my account is locked for an hour... I have the email for the account, the password, card i used to buy membership before, what ive been doing for weeks logged in my head, my bank memorized, EVERYTHING.

Who the fuck i gotta talk to to get my account back :'(? please help a drunk noob!

Ok, try this:
Step 1: If you cannot get the disable Authenticator email to arrive, put through a change of registered email to another email (Gmail preferred).

All these emails are automated - if one automated email is not arriving, try to get around it by using a different automated email.
To change your registered email, follow the instructions here: Changing your registered email

Step 2: If you cannot change your registered email because that email is also not arriving, your only option is to 'recover' your Runescape account.

The recovery process will fix the problem because recovery achieves several things:
* allows you to register a new email
* makes you set a new password
* auto disables Authenticator for you

The link to the recovery system is also on the Changing your registered email support page, lower down, under "Don't have access to the registered email?"

So like i already tried the change email. It sends my other email a change of password. Am I doing something wrong, because I even tried that before posting here. Like I've tried everything. even tweeted mod ash at this point XD the struggle is real my dudes.
