Why is it so hard to contact someone, all i want to do is send an email regarding my concern... no rush on reply, instead im wasting my morning searching:
I bought 10 bonds on my main, and 2 on here. some how when i am on old school, and click buy a bond so i can change my name, the first option is for rs3. So confused how this is even an option when im buying from old school. but anyway, i want these refunded, or swapped to osrs please. I did download rs3, and confirmed the bonds are there.
Im going to repurchase the 2 on this account. The 10 on my main are just for giveaways, so Im in no huge rush on that account. but can someone tell me how to proceed with a refund, or how to proceed from here. thank you
Small detail: you will have to be a member to change name even if you're using a bond for a name change. From the looks of it you are, but it's something many players overlook when using bonds for this purpose
