Hello there, my name is Brandon and have been a loyal player for around 12 years. Recently, I have been working on a skiller on RS3(Skuoiy - skippybrando@hotmail.***) and was well on my way to 99 mining. I saw the RS3 mobile app had come out and i was super pumped! I downloaded it 2 days ago and spent the past 2 days afk mining banite in the wildy while at work(don't tell my boss). I logged in at home yesterday to continue the mine grind while I played some other games. I bought $20 worth of keys for some bonus XP and headed back to the wildy. An hour later my account crashed and on relog was given the notification that my account had been banned for major macroing. I was confused and devastated. I'm afraid there is an issue between the app and the bot detection system. I can't even appeal this wrongful ban which upsets me the most. I don't know if I will return to Runescape after this. It has been my childhood game and I feel like I've been cheated out of the money I've spent on this account and all my time and effort. I've never cheated before. Ever. I don't know if you can help me or not, but everything was fine until i spent 2 days afking on the app. Thought I'd let you know.

My game is crashing everytime I try to open the bank, sometime its crashe when I try to open other interfaces too (like player owned ports/farms, treasure trails, the track map at haunted mines). Tried to restart**** install, clean cache, clean datas... nothing solve it. 😰 it started to occur after DXP (grateful that I could enjoy the DXP).
Also I can report that at the PICES OF HATE quest I cant controll Baron von Hattenkrapper

At the time of the crash I was: Trying to load the app for the first time after upgrading from android 8.0 to android 9.0. The app is just a black screen.

I'm not getting disconnected I just can not connect most of the time won't get past checking for updates due to failure to connect to server. Yes I have tried multiple devices Android/iOS mobile data and WiFi I bought membership and it's been happening sense. I was patient but getting frustrating don't get much time to play games due to work and this is the only thing I play. I'm a very loyal player just want an update of what's happening
