Starbloom Seeds have landed - This Week In RuneScape

With the release of 110 Crafting just a week away, we're seeding RuneScape with a brand new flower: Starbloom!

You will be able to get your hands on the Starbloom Flower Seeds ahead of time, giving you a head start on gathering the materials you'll need to begin your crafting journey. You can find them while slaying monsters, picking the pockets of NPCs, defeating select bosses, and even mining large Shooting Stars!

• Mining
• Shooting stars, size 7 or greater (1/200 chance per swing)
• Thieving
• Master farmers
• Dwarf traders
• Gnomes
• Slayer
• Lost Grove Creatures (Moss Golem, Vinecrawlers, Bulbous crawlers)
• Vileblooms (Liverwort, Lampenflora, Luminous snagglers, Devil's Snare)
• Camel warriors*
• Ganodermic beasts
• Bosses
• Croesus*
• Kalphite King*

(*Starbloom flower seeds will replace kwuarm seeds on the Kalphite King and inert adrenaline crystal on the camel warriors and Croesus tables.)

Once you have the seeds they need to be planted alongside a Battlestaff, similar to how grapes are grown using planks. From there you can apply your Farming knowledge to raise Starbloom Flowers, which will be integral to crafting the new armours coming in the 110 Crafting update.

General

• Starbloom flower seeds can be acquired from:
• Shooting stars, size 7 or greater (1/200 chance per swing)
• Pickpocketing master farmers, dwarf traders or gnomes
• Defeating lost grove creatures, vileblooms, camel warriors, ganodermic beasts, Croesus or the Kalphite King. (Starbloom flower seeds will replace kwuarm seeds on the Kalphite King and inert adrenaline crystal on the camel warriors and Croesus tables.)
• Removed animation delay when crafting runes at the Ourania altar.
• Added blocking to the City of Um portal entrance to stop players floating in the air at this location.
• Players who have not started the Icthlarin's Little Helper quest can no longer access the city of Sophanem by attuning the Max Guild garden portal to the Luminous wisp colony.
• Fixed an issue that caused the black 2-handed crossbow to deal less damage when bolts were equipped.
• Fixed an issue which blocked players from opening multiple Overload ingredients sets, players should be able to exchange the Overload ingredients sets in large quantities.
• Fixed an issue where Black Boots were unable to be dropped from Bloodvelds.
• Fixed an error that occurred when buying certain fur camo pieces.
• Fixed an issue that was blocking a tree in the area around the Archaeology Guild from being accessible
• Guthixian Butterflies now correctly grant no XP when disabled from Orla.
• Fixed an issue with the Abyssal bane off-hand longsword losing its Abyssal state on repair.
• Fixed the height of The Tower of Voices in Prifddinas.
• Fixed an issue where crafting Primal Crossbows did not consume a crossbow string.
• Fixed some terrain and blocking around the bridge in Shilo Village. This has caused a very minor relocation of some of the fishing spots along the river to account for the fixed terrain
• Fixed an issue which leads the game to crash for certain players when importing an invalid UI layout.
• Fixed oversized Santa Hats on female chatheads.
• Adjusted the position of Santa Hats on character heads.
• Fixed a minor issue with Mollik the Great's animations.
• Fixed appearance of Akhomet's chathead and translucency of her chathead dialogue box.
• Hotfix - Removed dialogue for Juna regarding the Pharaoh's Folly quest.
• Fixed an issue at the Gate of Elidinis that in rare cases would result in a surviving soul devourer standing on a pillar once the extra action button had been pressed.
• Fixed animation rendering issues on some NPC's at 30fps.
• Fixed an issue with tooltips for lent items not displaying correctly.
• Updated the Grasping Rune Pouch model to help better distinguish it against standard Rune Pouches and align it better with Croesus.
• Fixed issue where if the player asked the Fancy-dress shop owner in eastern Varrock to craft them more than 1.1B gloves they would be charged for those gloves but receive nothing.

Engine

• Fixed an issue where a persistent black screen appeared after login on Samsung devices using Xclipse GPUs.
• Fixed an issue where the client would crash when launching on Android devices using Xclipse GPUs.
• Fixed an issue that was causing frequent crashes on Samsung devices.
