November DXP & GameJam

Game Jams give our J-Mods the chance to spend some time exploring personal projects, community suggestions, and other exciting ideas. This time, Game Jam will run for two weeks from November 11th to November 22nd, as we try out a new format which should give our J-Mods more time to flesh out their projects.

Previous released Game Jam projects include the Osseous Matriarch boss and the Daemonheim Archeology site. We continue to work towards bringing more of these projects, such as Mod Luma's Shooting Star rework (which arrives in December), to the game. Keep an eye out on our social media this week to see some of the projects in the works!

Please note that everything shown is subject to internal reviews, scheduling and testing processes. While these projects may appear complete in places, all Game Jam projects take a significant amount of additional work to implement - not all Game Jam projects shown may make it into the game, and we can't offer a timeline or guarantees of Game Jam content releases.

With eyes on the road ahead, now is a great time to get working on your XP goals! Double XP is a 10-day event where you have 48 Hours of Double XP to use at your leisure. You can pause the timer if you need to do other activities and don't want to lose out on that precious DXP time.

DXP starts Friday, November 15th until Monday, November 25th, starting and ending at 12:00 PM Game Time. Learn more about how it works here!

November 11th: J-Mod Stream - Castle Wars

Time to choose a side! Mod Yuey and Mod Munch will be duking it out in Castle Wars with some assistance from the Discord Moderators. Be ready to join up on World 76 at 17:00 Game Time. See you there, or catch the stream live on our Official Twitch Channel.

PSA: There will be no patch notes today (Nov 11th) and next Monday (Nov 18th), unless something critical emerges during this timeframe.

In order to give our developers the free time and peace of mind they need to fully take part in Game Jam, we have put a hold on non-service critical patch notes during this timeframe.

From the 25th we will be releasing any patches that were primed during this time, including the following updates:

• The Altar of War will now reset the cooldown of Powerburst of Vitality potions.
• Existing Tank Armour has been reworked and gives a life points boost like the Necromancy tank gear.
• Fixed a number of edge cases where the 'Dive' and 'Bladed Dive' abilities were not displaying their correct target options.
• Fixed an issue that made the offhand weapons appear invisible when Ode to Deceit was equipped.
• Adjustments to the Blood Reaver healing frequency, and interaction with on-hit effects.

The Academy has opened its doors once again, but this time it is to test your skills instead of your combat prowess! Level up your aspiring adventurer by training at specific locations and reach level milestones to unlock two new sets of Enchanter Robes and Halos.

Starts November 14th | Ends November 18th | Foresight+

It's time to train - but this time with extra foresight of your goals! Players will be able to use new powers to Reroll, Add Multipliers or even Freeze chests to let you choose your rewards.
