Leagues is returning on August 10th and it comes with a completely reimagined journey through Gielinor!

Important Info
Starting from today July 28th, we will be revealing brand new information each day, up until August 7th, with the full launch of Leagues happening on Monday August 10th. You can keep up with the reveals as they happen over on our social channels such as Facebook / X (Twitter) & Instagram and you also join in on the conversation on the Official Discord server or in the Reddit
Each reveal will occur at 5:00pm BST and this blog will be updated with that information periodically so check in frequently!

FAQ
Here we will endeavor to answer all of your Leagues questions! As the reveals continue some common quests such as "What Tier is X Relic" & "What is the XP multiplier" will get answered naturally but we will continue to catch your questions and update this list as we get closer to launch.
Where do we start and are lodestones automatically unlocked?
Players will start this League in Lumbridge with the Leagues Sage. Both the Lumbridge & Havenhythe lodestones will be activated but others will need to be manually activated to use.
Will WikiSync be active?
Yes! For those who don't know, WikiSync is a feature that lets you effectively track your task completion on the Wiki through automatic updates. You'll be prompted to enable this in the onboarding.
Will we get a task list drop ahead of the launch to help plan our paths?
Yes! Like last year we will be sending the full Easy and Medium task list to the Wiki team in due time. We'll release the rest of the tasks right before launch so you can do some last minute theory-crafting.
Is XP from Quests/D&Ds affected by the League XP modifier?
Yes! There may be some more niche instances where XP isn't multiplied, but most XP gains will be affected by the League XP modifiers.
Will pets be obtainable in the league? If so, what happens to them after the league ends?
Pets are obtainable in the League and will stay unlocked between Leagues. They will not transfer over to your main account.
Will boss spawn timers be sped up?
All boss spawn settings have been sped up for this League, there may be some situations you don't want to be on fastest!
With region locking being a feature for this league will Invention be accessible?
Yes. The Invention tutorial is automatically unlocked through the Tier 1 Relic passives, so you won't need to select Asgarnia to access the Invention skill.
Once you've reached the required level 80 in the relevant skills, you'll be able to discover blueprints and create Invention items using workbenches found throughout the world. However, you'll still need to unlock Asgarnia if you want access to the Invention Guild and its associated features, such as Invention Machines.
What about Necromancy and the City of Um?
Necromancy will remain fully accessible during Leagues. The City of Um is included as part of Misthalin, and Kili's Knowledge tasks are automatically skipped, so you won't need to complete the usual task chain to progress through the skill.
You'll still need to find ways to obtain the materials required to upgrade your Necromancy gear, though there may be Relics that help with that along the way. On top of that, Blessings will provide significant combat power boosts, so keep an eye out for those upcoming reveals!
With region locking in place, how will Construction work? Will I still be able to access my Player-Owned House?
Yes. The Construction tutorial is automatically skipped for all players, so you can get started right away. A Construction workbench has been added to the Lumbridge smithing building near the marketplace bank chest, giving everyone easy access from the start of the League.
Once you're ready, you can use any house portal you encounter around the world to enter your Player-Owned House, with the Brimhaven portal in Karamja likely being the first one most players come across.
With region locking in place, will Clue Scrolls, Tetracompasses, Slayer Tasks, and Reaper Tasks send me to regions I haven't unlocked?
No. Clue Scrolls, Tetracompasses, Slayer Tasks, and Reaper Tasks have all been adjusted to respect your unlocked regions. You'll only receive clue steps and assignments that can be completed within the regions you currently have access to, so you won't be blocked by objectives in areas you haven't unlocked yet.
Will Dungeoneering be region-locked, or will Daemonheim be accessible no matter which region I choose?
Daemonheim is locked behind the Wilderness, meaning Dungeoneering / the shop are locked behind the Wilderness, but you can still train the skill by doing things such as Elite Dungeons and Sinkholes. The toolbelt will be filled with items some of which come from Dungeoneering.
How will things such as Masterwork items, Deathwarden armour etc work when they require items scattered across multiple regions?
If these are rewards you want to pursue, you'll need to plan your region unlock path accordingly. Part of the challenge is deciding which regions to unlock to gain access to the components you need. That said, some relics, passives, or other League mechanics may provide alternative ways to obtain certain items, giving you additional options when working toward gear that would normally require resources from multiple regions.
Is "Ranch out of time" part of Kandarin or Anachronia
Anachronia Dino Farm is part of Anachronia, the PoF tutorial is auto skipped if you pick Anachronia.
Does the double resources from "Survivalist" mean you also get double the XP?
You do not get additional XP for the resources you gain via the Survivalist increased yields.
The "Superheated" Relic has a chance to spawn "Blessed Fire Spirits" that give items when collected, what items do these spirits yield?
The Blessed Fire Spirits can give you Stone Spirits, Uncut gems (up to Dragonstone), Charms, Clues, Coins (10k-100k) or empty Crystal/Potion Flasks.

Leagues is a brand new experience for veteran and new players alike and we are all looking forward to seeing our players taking on new challenges and experiencing phenomenal cosmic powers!
But just remember that leagues are all about the journey. Take things at your own pace, grab whatever Relics appeal to you most, and focus on what sounds fun to you! We will be waiting in Lumbridge to watch the chaos commence, this is going to be fun!
