Today we have reinstated the rants section of the forums. This is the perfect place to get something off your chest, tell us if there’s something you don’t like, or perhaps just have a general rant. It was a stupid idea to take it away in the first place; I’m really sorry that we removed an opportunity for players to tell us about the things that they don’t like about the game, and as promised we are working on various ways to improve your ability to talk to us.
Don't worry about venting any issues that you have in the rants forum - that’s exactly what it’s for. It is always more helpful to hear proposed solutions to problems rather than just the problem itself, but don’t suppress your rant just because you can’t think of a solution. We genuinely want to hear your feedback, so feel free to tell us if there’s something you’re not fond of.
Our players are important to us, and we want to give you a forum where you can let us know when things are not right. We will be spending time on the rants forum, reading through your posts and working to put right any problems that you highlight. So let us know if there’s a part of the game or player experience that you do not like, and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Lastly, if you feel there are things we are doing really well, or if you have some RuneScape love you want to share, just drop us a post on the game feedback forum.
