Our character artists’ creations have returned for a third outing with two brand-new outfits: the Cursed Reaver and Blessed Sentinel!
By now, I’m sure you’re aware of the challenge issued to RuneScape's character artists: create new outfits to showcase your skill, content the like of which Gielinor has never seen.
Was the challenge met? Indeed! Mod Sparkly is here to explain the inspiration behind the Cursed Reaver, and Mod Ante offers his thoughts on the Blessed Sentinel.
Cursed Reaver
As a character modeller, it's always exciting to work with such a detailed concept. My favourite feature of the design is the striking plate armour that really sets this outfit apart.

Blessed Sentinel
As a character artist, creating the visual design was quite challenging. I was supposed to create a figure representing power and opposition towards the Cursed Reaver, while making sure the viewer gets the idea that it's a good guy. The modelling part was exciting, as always. I made sure this outfit is a worthy counter for the Cursed Reaver.
